Welcome to Kiz & Grooves
Kiz & Grooves is a Melbourne-based community celebrating the richness of African and Caribbean partner dances and music.
Founded by an all-women team, we teach Kizomba, Semba, Konpa and Urban Kiz through fun, welcoming adult classes where everyone can learn without judgement.
Our socials are where the magic happens—practising what you've learned, meeting new people and dancing the night away to a mix of African, Caribbean and Lusophone sounds with a Kizomba and Konpa twist.
We're passionate about creating a space where the African community can reconnect with dances that are part of our heritage, while welcoming everyone who wants to discover and appreciate these beautiful cultures.

8.30pm • Urban Kiz, Kizomba, Semba or Konpa (rotation each month)
9.30pm • Social Party
